Application Management

-Manage implementation, operation, and maintenance of business applications
-Support application lifecycle (rollouts, upgrades, enhancements)
-Ensure alignment with global IT standards while meeting local business needs
-Drive digitalization and process improvements

Business Partnering

-Act as the main IT contact for internal stakeholders
-Translate business needs into IT solutions
-Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
-Report on IT activities to local and global management

Project Management

-Lead or support IT-related projects
-Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
-Collaborate with global teams on new initiatives

Vendor Management

-Manage external IT vendors and service providers
-Oversee contracts and service quality
-Support budget tracking and cost management

IT Operations & Support

-Ensure stable IT operations including applications and infrastructure
-Support end-users and manage incidents
-Maintain service desk operations and KPIs
-Ensure event/gameday IT readiness when required

Security & Compliance

-Ensure systems meet security and compliance standards
-Identify and mitigate IT risks

経験・スキル

Must-have
-3+ years of IT experience (application support, implementation, or operations)
-Experience working in a global or matrix organization
-Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-Business-level English and Japanese
-Hands-on, proactive approach
