■Role Overview
As the Head of Accounting, you will oversee financial results, lead analysis, and manage the accounting team. You will drive process improvements and organizational strategy while reporting to senior management and building relationships with key stakeholders.
■Main tasks include:

* Mentor and guide junior staff

* 10+ years of finance experience
* Business level English & Japanese
* Advanced MS Office skills
