Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Statutory Reporting
• Lead and hands-on participate in day-to-day accounting operations, including general
ledger, AP/AR, inventory, fixed assets, payroll, taxes, and other areas
• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and
timely delivery in line with local GAAP and Group standards
• Ensure statutory financial statements and disclosures provide a true and fair view
• Act as the primary point of contact for external auditor and tax consultant, Leading
all audit and tax-related matters.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and settlements in accordance
with Group policies
Internal Control System (ICS) & Compliance
• Establish, maintain, and enhance effective internal control systems (ICS) over
accounting, financial reporting, and payments
• Ensure compliance with Group policies, internal procedures, and applicable local
regulations
Cash, Payments & Receivables
• Lead cooperation with Controlling, Treasury, and business stakeholders to ensure
timely execution of payments and sound cash management
• Ensure clear ownership and effective processes for monitoring and collection of
overdue receivables
Cooperation with Controlling & Business Partners
• Provide clear accounting guidance to internal stakeholders and support informed
decision-making
• Ensure management has access to accurate, transparent, and reliable financial
information
Team Leadership & Process Improvement
• Lead, develop, and coach the accounting team, fostering accountability, accuracy, and
compliance
• Define roles, responsibilities, and ownership within the accounting function
• Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes, systems, and documentation
to strengthen efficiency and internal controls
