■ Role Overview
Responsible for overseeing finance operations, reporting, and compliance, while delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making in a dynamic environment.

■ Key Responsibilities
Lead the month-end closing process.
Manage outsourced service providers and ensure SLA compliance.
Prepare financial statements in accordance with J-GAAP and IFRS.
Oversee group consolidation of financial accounts.
Lead external audits and tax compliance processes.
Drive process improvements and system enhancements.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

【Required Qualifications】
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or CA/CPA qualification.
More than 5 years of experience in finance or financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of J-GAAP and IFRS.
Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese.

【Preferred Qualifications】
Experience in real estate or TMK structures.
Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
