■Role Overview
Lead a 20-member finance team, overseeing US/JGAAP compliance, internal controls, and strategic transformation projects in Japan.
■Main tasks include:
・Manage a team of 20 finance staff.
・Oversee USGAAP and JGAAP closing.
・Drive internal control and SOX.
・Manage tax filings and audits.
・Lead M&A and system enhancements.
・Liaise with Regional and Global HQ.

Mandatory:
・15+ years in Finance & Accounting
・5+ years of people leadership
・Expertise in USGAAP and JGAAP
・Business Japanese and English
Preferred:
・USCPA or JCPA qualification

・Analytical and logical thinking
