・Lead ERP (e.g., SAP) and related system implementation and improvement initiatives, focusing on Finance processes by analyzing and understanding business workflows
・Support end-to-end project delivery, from requirements definition through go-live, stabilization, and continuous improvement
・Act as a bridge between business and IT, translating business requirements into system solutions and proposing process enhancements
・Handle technical tasks including program design, development, data migration, system integration, reporting, and issue troubleshooting

・Finance領域を中心に、業務プロセスを理解・分析し、ERP（SAP等）や関連システムの導入・改善を推進
・要件定義から本番稼働後の安定化・継続改善まで、プロジェクト全体を一貫して支援
・ビジネス部門とITの橋渡し役として、業務要件をシステムソリューションへ落とし込み、改善提案を実施
・プログラム開発やデータ移行、外部連携、障害対応など、技術面の設計・開発・運用を担当

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・5+ years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, operations, and continuous improvement, including major platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle, with a focus on Finance (FI/CO)
・Strong technical background in ERP development (reports, interfaces, data migration, enhancements) and system integration, including performance optimization
・Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business processes deeply and translate them into effective technical solutions
・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, with strong communication skills to collaborate across business and IT teams

・ERP導入・運用・改善における5年以上の実務経験があり、SAP S/4HANA、Microsoft Dynamics、Oracleなど主要ERPのいずれかを扱った経験（特にFinance領域：FI/CO）
・レポート、インタフェース、データ移行、機能拡張などのERP開発やシステム連携、パフォーマンス改善に関する技術的な知見・経験
・高い分析力と問題解決能力を持ち、業務プロセスを深く理解した上で技術的な解決策へ落とし込める能力
・日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベルで、ビジネス部門およびIT部門と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力
