■Role Overview
Serve as a Business Finance Partner supporting the IVD business in Japan. Collaborating with domestic commercial teams and global finance/supply chain functions, this role delivers forward-looking financial insights, performance analytics, and actionable recommendations to enable timely strategic decision-making.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and performance tracking across product segments.
・Create executive dashboards and deliver portfolio profitability analyses.
・Perform scenario planning, risk/opportunity evaluations, and macro market trend analyses.
・Develop financial models, pricing frameworks, and ROI analyses for key customer negotiations.
・Drive cross-functional cost optimization initiatives within Finance and Supply Chain.
・Support internal/external audits to maintain robust corporate governance and compliance.

■Requirements
【Mandatory Requirements】
・Experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Corporate Planning, or Consulting.
・Proven track record in business planning, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
・Fluent Japanese and business-level English communication skills (written and spoken).
・Submission of both English and Japanese resumes upon application.

【Preferred Qualifications】
・CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualifications.
・Industry knowledge or experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Life Sciences.
