■About our Client
A global real estate investment platform experiencing significant growth in the Japan market. The company manages multi-billion dollar assets and is dedicated to providing high-value investment solutions through advanced financial strategies.

■Role Overview
This leadership position reports to the Japan Regional Head and the Group CFO. You will manage the financial health of the Japan platform as it scales toward multi-billion dollar AUM targets, overseeing SPC accounting, audits, and internal controls.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead SPC-level accounting and audits for all Japan entities.
・Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
・Ensure data integrity between PMR, cash, and accounting.
・Establish financial controls and standardize platform processes.
・Support financial data preparation for investor reporting.
・Build and mentor the local finance and accounting team.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・7-10 years of SPC accounting/finance experience.
・Experience in institutional real estate or asset management.
・Deep knowledge of Japanese tax and accounting standards.
・Fluent Japanese and professional English.
・CPA (Japan/US) or CFA certification is highly preferred.
・Strong leadership and hands-on execution skills.
