■About our Client
A global biotechnology company developing precision, cell-targeting investigational therapies on its unique platform. With a mission to conquer cancer, they are rapidly expanding their footprint across five countries, to deliver life-changing treatments to patients worldwide.

■Role Overview
The General Ledger Senior Staff will handle core GL accounting activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. This role ensures accuracy under US GAAP and/or IFRS and serves as a key pipeline for future leadership positions within the global finance organization.

■Main tasks include:
・Execute and support financial close processes (monthly, quarterly, annual)
・Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
・Maintain general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity and accuracy
・Apply and interpret accounting standards under US GAAP and IFRS
・Support internal/external audits and SOX/J-SOX compliance activities
・Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・3+ years of hands-on experience in general ledger accounting
・Proven ability to independently handle monthly closing activities
・High business-level English proficiency (written and verbal) for global collaboration
・Strong team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
・Experience with US GAAP, IFRS, or IPO preparation is highly preferred
・US CPA or equivalent professional qualification is a strong plus
