＜Role & Responsibilities＞
As a Senior Accountant, you will be instrumental in managing critical accounting functions, including financial closing, tax compliance, and internal controls. You will play a key role in supporting the company's growth by ensuring accurate financial reporting and contributing to process improvements.

＜Main tasks include＞
■ Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
■ Support financial audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
■ Assist with corporate and consumption tax filings.
■ Develop and refine accounting workflows for cost accounting and revenue recognition.
■ Prepare financial disclosures in accordance with relevant laws.

経験・スキル

■ Minimum of 5 years of accounting and tax experience (from corporations or audit firms).
■ Proficient PC skills, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
■ Business-level English proficiency for email communication.
■ Fluent-level Japanese.

■ Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment.
■ Strong multitasking capabilities.
