【Position Purpose / 期待役割】

We are seeking an IT Engineer (Infra), who will analyze business challenges from an IT perspective and aim to elevate the overall infrastructure standard of the company.

【Key Responsibilities】
・ Infrastructure Planning & Promotion: Design the foundations and establish rules for the entire company's infrastructure (PCs, Servers, Networks, Cloud, AI).

• System Management: Handle Tier 1/Tier 2 inquiries, conduct end-user training, and manage software licenses.

• Security Management: Lead the introduction, operation, and replacement of security equipment (Firewalls, etc.).

• Vendor Management: Control and negotiate with external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Project Participation: Engage in enterprise-wide IT strategy planning alongside management.

経験・スキル

【Essential Requirements / 必須要件】
■ Proven experience in IT Infrastructure maintenance and operations (Servers, Networks, PCs).

■ Experience in user support or system operations (Tier 1/Tier 2 support).

■ Language / 言語力:
Native / Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent), Intermediate English.


【Preferred Requirements / 歓迎要件】
・Experience with Microsoft Ecosystem (AD, GPO, Server, SCCM).

・Experience with Azure administration and management.

・Industry experience in Medical Devices, Medical Technology, Pharmaceuticals, or Manufacturing.
