[Professional contract] Full-stack Engineer (Internal Product Development)

■About the Role
This role sits right at the intersection of AI, product development, and real business impact.

You’ll be building internal applications and AI agent systems that directly improve how teams work, automate processes, and enhance employee experience. This isn’t a “just coding” role. You’ll be involved from understanding business problems → designing solutions → building → improving continuously.

The team works in a fast, Agile (Scrum) environment, shipping small improvements frequently and iterating based on real user feedback.

■What You’ll Be Doing
・Build and improve web applications and AI agent systems for internal business use
・Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
・Design and develop APIs and system integrations (internal & external SaaS)
・Implement features using LLMs and AI services
・Continuously release improvements to enhance user experience and product quality
・Ensure system quality through testing, code reviews, and documentation
・Contribute to team discussions, sprint planning, and process improvements

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■What You Need (MUST HAVE)
・3+ years of experience in full-stack web development
・Strong experience with TypeScript / Node.js or Python (API development)
・Hands-on experience with React or similar frontend frameworks
・Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
・Understanding of REST APIs or event-driven architecture
・Experience using Git in team development (PR-based workflow)
・Basic knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, etc.)
・Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
