■Role Overview
Provide critical financial planning, reporting, and analytical support to drive business decisions. Serve as a key partner to cross-functional leaders to optimize profitability and operational visibility.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead long-range financial plans, annual budgets, and periodic forecasts.
・Perform variance analysis for SG&A and CAPEX against budgets.
・Consolidate sales forecasts in close partnership with commercial teams.
・Deliver seasonal product gross margin analysis with Merchandising.
・Produce actionable financial reports for leadership and business partners.
・Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting and performance metrics.

■Requirements
【Mandatory Requirements】
・3 to 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience.
・Fluent Japanese and business-level English communication skills.
・Strong Excel proficiency and analytical capabilities.
・Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or a related field.

【Preferred Qualifications】
・Hands-on experience using SAP or Power Query systems.
・Prior analytical background in retail or consumer goods.
・Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
