An innovative company providing an AI platform that automates the data science process. We are dramatically improving the efficiency of corporate data utilization through our proprietary technology and are experiencing rapid growth in the global market.

■ Position Summary
You will be responsible for the development and improvement of machine learning (ML) engines within our proprietary AI platform. This role involves everything from algorithm implementation to performance optimization, driving the automation of data science from a strong technical standpoint.

■ Job Responsibilities
・Implementation and improvement of machine learning algorithms
・Development of new features for the AI platform
・Performance evaluation and optimization of ML engines
・Building infrastructure for large-scale data processing
・Product quality improvement and bug fixing
・Technical collaboration with overseas development teams

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■ Required Skills & Experience (Must)
・Production code development experience (approx. 3+ years, any language): Experience across the full lifecycle of design, implementation, testing, and operations.
・Practical implementation experience with Python: Skills in implementing agent infrastructure and data processing.
・Development experience using LLMs/Generative AI.
・Ability to ensure software quality: Practical experience in automated testing, regression testing, debugging, and incident response.
・Foundational knowledge of data analysis: Understanding of SQL/dataframe operations, statistics, and predictive analysis.
・Prototyping capability: Experience building prototypes from ambiguous requirements and evolving them into final products.

■ Preferred Skills & Experience (Nice to have)
・Knowledge of Agent frameworks and LLMOps
・Experience designing evaluation infrastructure: LLM-as-a-Judge, regression evaluation, and defining quality metrics.
・Implementation experience with RAG and search infrastructure: Building search and retrieval logic using Vector DBs.
・Experience in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software development.
