■Main tasks include
・Provide technical expertise and sales support to prospective and existing customers.
・Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
・Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
・Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
・Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
・Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for new products.

・8+ yrs Enterprise IT Pre-Sales/SA.
・Expertise: Data/Cyber/Cloud/Network.
・Strong Japan IT customer/partner network.
・C-level engagement & consultative sales.
・Clear tech communication for all levels.
・Self-driven, proactive team player.
・Japan-based with local market insight.
・Degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
・Productivity via AI tool leverage.
・Business-level English and Japanese.

■Nice to have
・AI/ML data management familiarity.
・VMware/Cloud/Security certifications.
