■About the company

■Role & Responsibilities
This is a pivotal role for a seasoned financial communications expert. You will provide high-impact counsel to both Japanese and multinational clients, navigating complex corporate events such as M&A, IPOs, restructurings, and investor relations.

■Main tasks include
・Lead and support financial communications for significant corporate events including M&A, IPOs, and ongoing investor relations activities.
・Act as a senior advisor to clients on critical financial communications and capital markets matters.
・Develop and refine compelling investment narratives for diverse stakeholders.
・Draft and critically review investor-facing materials such as earnings releases, presentations, and speeches.
・Manage proactive and reactive media relations with top-tier financial media.
・Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, global offices, and external partners.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
・8+ years of experience in financial communications, investor relations, or a related field.
・In-depth knowledge of Japan's capital markets, financial reporting, and disclosure regulations.
・Proven ability to advise C-suite executives on sensitive corporate situations.
・Exceptional writing and messaging skills in native Japanese; English proficiency is advantageous.
・Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
・Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
