■Role & Responsibilities
As a Hardware Program Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the successful delivery of hardware programs. You will manage the entire lifecycle of hardware projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and closing.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the planning and execution of hardware delivery programs.
・Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
・Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
・Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
・Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■What You Need
・12+ years of experience leading automotive projects
・Previous experience leading project team or engineering team.
・Experience in leading electro-mechanical system development covering thermal requirements.
・Knowledge in PLM methodologies, PM processes in project execution and management.

■What is Nice to Have
・Experience in developing Infotainment and ADAS platforms.
・Exposure to Hardware, RF and Thermal simulations in automotive applications.
・Certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar

■What Makes You Eligible
・Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic and international travel
・Successfully complete a background investigation
