■ Role & Responsibilities
As the Infrastructure Manager, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure. While ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of all systems, managing a dedicated team to support the company's high standards and evolving technological needs.

■ Main tasks include
・Oversee the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects.
・Manage and maintain server, network, and storage environments.
・Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
・Lead and mentor a team of IT infrastructure professionals.
・Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget.
・Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
・Collaborate with other IT departments and business units.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
・Proven experience managing Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies.
・Strong knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.
・Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
・Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
・Experience within the luxury or retail sector is a plus.
