The Mission

Technical Excellence: Conduct insurance due diligence and analyze transaction documents to identify and mitigate risks.

経験・スキル

■Who You Are
・M&A Specialist: Experience in corporate M&A at a major law firm, advisory company, or multinational.

・Qualified Professional: A Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or Business and a qualification as a Lawyer (Bengoshi or equivalent), CPA, or Tax Accountant.

・Bilingual Communicator: Fluent in both English and Japanese (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).


・Analytical Mind: Strong legal writing skills and the ability to navigate complex financial statements.

・5 years of related experience
