■Role & Responsibilities
As the Head of Business Controller, you will be instrumental in shaping financial strategies, providing critical insights, and ensuring robust financial governance. Also oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support key business decisions and drive sustainable growth.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the development and execution of financial plans and strategies.
・Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
・Provide analytical insights to support business performance and decision-making.
・Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and efficiency.
