Role
Role & Responsibilities
As an IT Business Systems Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding your team towards excellence, fostering a positive organizational culture, and driving improvements aligned with quality standards. You will leverage your expertise to achieve organizational goals by collaborating across IT departments and business units. Your role will focus on promoting the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of business systems within key areas such as supply chain, accounting and finance, human resources, or R&D.

Main tasks include
Manage team members and cultivate a strong organizational culture.
Promote improvements based on quality standards within the Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
Collaborate with internal teams and business units to achieve organizational goals.
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of business systems in areas like supply chain, accounting/finance, HR, or R&D.
Drive improvements to existing systems and participate in new system development projects.
Formulate appropriate IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
Experience in team management and budget management.
Proven ability to independently define business requirements and implement systems (design, development, testing, user training).
Deep business knowledge in one of the following areas: supply chain, accounting and finance, human resources, or R&D.
Proficiency with specific package software (e.g., SAP, SFDC) or strong IT skills in areas like .NET or Java.
Demonstrated ability to autonomously gather information and resolve issues.
Experience proposing and promoting continuous improvement based on objective analysis.
Understanding of system impact on business operations and commitment to business continuity.
Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to assess necessary and effective system investments for achieving business strategy, quality assurance, and legal compliance.

経験・スキル

Experience leading business and IT-related projects to drive business transformation.
Experience as an IT consultant or systems engineer at a consulting firm or system integrator.
I hold certifications for SAP SD, MM, FI, CO, and other packaged software, and I have particularly strong practical experience related to SD and MM (maintenance and operation experience, and experience executing implementation projects).
Experience in implementing and operating sales management systems, warehouse systems, EDI, etc.
Accounting knowledge equivalent to Bookkeeping Level 3
Knowledge of the healthcare industry (especially medical devices)
Basic programming experience with Python, etc.
Vendor management experience
Knowledge of ITIL and experience in system operation and maintenance.
Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800 or Eiken Pre-1st Grade or higher) and Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N1)
