■About the company

■Role & Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting management decisions by translating business events into financial impacts, and contribute to budget planning and forecasting processes, ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance.

■Main tasks include
・Analyze business events and their financial implications to support management decisions.
・Partner with local commercial teams to achieve business goals.
・Contribute to quarterly budget planning and forecasting processes.
・Perform variance analysis of actuals vs. budget and forecast.
・Identify opportunities for value-added financial analysis and reporting.
・Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required by management.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Essential requirements:
• 5 years or more experience in finance
(Financial planning experience should be over 3 years)
• A qualified professional capability of financial analysis
• Financial planning cycle experience
• Knowledge of using SAP is an advantage
• Fluent in Japanese, Business Level English
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Developer, team player, hands-on ability to implement swiftly and effectively

■Desirable requirements:
• CPA preferred
• Automotive industry/B2C business experience preferred
