Overview:
Project Management for multiple CRM-related initiatives across customer engagement, loyalty, and data platforms. As part of the IT team, collaborate closely with Digital, Marketing/CRM teams, brand business teams, internal IT teams, and vendors to execute projects in parallel. IT teams are distributed across Japan, Greater China, Singapore, and the US.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project management for multiple CRM initiatives
- Work closely with CRM, marketing, digital, and business teams to define requirements related to customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and campaign execution.
- Ensure alignment across global and regional teams, facilitating communication between stakeholders across different locations and functions.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, while proactively identifying risks related to data integration, system dependencies, and customer experience impact.
- Oversee CRM system implementations and enhancements

経験・スキル

- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with strong exposure to CRM systems
- Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Solid understanding of project management fundamentals (scope, timeline, cost, risk)
- Experience working with cross-functional and regional teams
