■About the company

■Role & Responsibilities
You will lead on significant new data center projects, bringing extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and a strong consultancy background ensuring project success through meticulous planning, execution, and stakeholder management.

■Main tasks include
・ Lead project execution for new data center developments, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
・Implement and oversee M&E frameworks to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.
・Manage relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
・Mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
・Contribute to the strategic growth of the company by ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability.

経験・スキル

■ We would love to hear from you if you：
・Have project management experience, especially on mechanical and electrical trades - ideally with experience during pre-construction phase
・Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
・Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one. We can help
・Are detail oriented and quality focused
・Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing, in both English and Japanese
・Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment
・ Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
