On behalf of one of USA's top insurance companies, Randstad is seeking a Bilingual AI/Data Governance Specialist to play a key role in supporting MetLife’s AI governance and data governance initiatives. Leveraging both Japanese and English communication skills, this specialist ensures compliance, manages use case tracking, and facilitates collaboration between local and global teams. The role demands a start-up mindset, adaptability, and a solid understanding of AI technologies and regulatory requirements, while assisting with documentation, inquiries, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide user support for IT project team and AI business users in Japanese and English for MetLife services to ensure smooth communication amongst the various participants.
• Facilitate Japan AI use case reviews using Teams, Excel, and other tools. AI use case reviews will involve local teams in Japan in both Japanese and English. There will also be some involvement from our global teams.
• Handle documentation and respond to user inquiries regarding our AI governance process.
• Communicate and coordinate with teams in Japan, as well as across Asia, India, and the Americas.
• Participate in the preparation of meetings and events, contributing to discussions and project updates.
• Assist with AI events as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Japanese: Fluent or Native proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking, with certification
• English: Professional working proficiency in reading and writing
• Basic understanding of data management and AI concepts.
• Familiarity with PI/PII compliance regulations.
• Knowledge of IT application development and user support best practices
