＜Role & Responsibilities＞
As the IT Director, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the local IT strategy, ensuring the seamless and secure operation of all IT systems and infrastructure. You will align local initiatives with the global technology vision, partnering with business leaders to deploy innovative solutions that support a dynamic and evolving business landscape.

＜Main tasks include＞
■ Develop and execute the local IT strategy aligned with global technology direction.
■ Oversee IT operations, infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud), and service delivery.
■ Manage enterprise and retail systems, ensuring integration with global platforms.
■ Design technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support business innovation.
■ Lead technology projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
■ Ensure IT systems adhere to security standards and regulatory requirements.
■ Build strong partnerships with business leaders and communicate technology performance.

経験・スキル

■REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
・10+ years of experience in Information Technology
・5+ years of leadership or people management experience
・Proven experience managing IT operations, enterprise systems, and digital platforms
・Experience working in global or matrixed organizations
・Experience delivering large-scale IT projects and system implementations

■Skills & Competencies
・Strong understanding of enterprise technology architecture and system integration
