Role:
You will take technical ownership of products and projects, demonstrating a strong capability to solve complex technical and business challenges. The role offers significant opportunities for career growth by building multiple products within a large ecosystem, utilizing trailblazing technology.

Main tasks include:
■ Gather and analyze requirements, converting business needs into technical specifications.
■ Design systems, write code, and implement solutions.
■ Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and standards.
■ Perform unit testing, verification, and validation.
■ Manage deployment and rollback operations across development, staging, and production environments.
■ Monitor systems post-release and perform regular maintenance.
■ Collaborate closely with project managers, tech leads, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
■ Work effectively with cross-cultural and international development teams.
■ Propose technical improvements for products and systems.
■ Identify and suggest system enhancements based on future business and product needs.
■ Research emerging technologies and prepare roadmaps for their adoption.
■ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience with Java Spring (Boot/Batch), HTML, CSS, JS, MySQL, NoSQL (MongoDB), Git, and Jira (or similar).
- Strong technical design and implementation skills.
- Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving.
- Complete and hands-on experience with Agile development and SCRUM.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-starting, and self-motivated attitude.
- Strong sense of ownership and a get-things-done mindset.
