■Role Overview
In this role you will support Senior Finance Manager responsible of the finance operation and management of overall Japan business finances. Responsible for timely and accurate financial and management accounting reports, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Engagement with Group (Australia) and Region (Asia) finance team will be required.

■Main tasks include:
・Execute monthly closing and journal entries in Oracle Fusion per IFRS/JGAAP.
・Prepare management reports with analysis of project revenue and cash flow.
・Oversee local tax compliance, statutory accounts, and tax audit defense.
・Manage international intercompany recharges and transfer pricing compliance.
・Liaise with Australia and Asia HQ teams to align global financial policies.
・Implement global accounting systems and optimize internal financial controls.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

【Requirements】
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in related technical discipline which may include Nissho Boki 2nd grade or
more (CPA preferred but not necessary).
• At least 3 years of prior work experience as finance manager required, experience with Multinational
Corporation preferred.
• Tax related experiences – corporate tax returns, consumprion tax, Biz Premises tax, FA tax and WHT.
• Experience in IFRS especially Lease accounting
• Experience in GAAP adjustment preferred
• Experience with Oracle is a plus
• Japanese (fluent), written English (proficient), verbal English (intermediate~proficient)
