■Role Overview
This role oversees daily accounting operations. This position serves as a player-manager, ensuring accurate financial closing and collaborating with US HQ to implement scalable financial systems.

■Main tasks include:
・Supervise and train the accounting team's daily operations
・Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial close
・Oversee monthly reconciliation including cash accounts
・Collaborate with US and Global teams on financial systems
・Monitor cash activity, cashflow, and payment processing
・Prepare tax return support and liaise with external accountants

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

● 7+ years of accounting experience (any mix of public accounting and/or industry)
● Retail experience will be preferred
● Japanese and English proficiency is required
● Experience with Netsuite is a plus
