■Job/Group Overview:
Randstad, partnered with a global leading consulting company, is seeking a high-caliber Business Analyst to join the Tokyo team. Our client is a leading firm within the financial services sector, specializing in insurance solutions. They are currently engaged in the initial implementation of a global SaaS provider's platform for the life insurance market in Japan.
You will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of a new life insurance policy administration system. This role requires a strong understanding of business analysis principles within the life insurance domain, with a focus on ensuring a smooth and effective project rollout.

■Responsibilities:
・Support business analysis activities for a life insurance policy administration system implementation.
・Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
・Assist in defining project scope and deliverables.
・Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users.
・Contribute to testing and validation phases of the project.
・Provide support for the initial phase of the project, with potential for expansion.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

Requirements:
■ Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the life insurance industry.
■ Familiarity with Policy Administration Systems.
■ Ability to work effectively in either a bilingual (Japanese/English) or Japanese-monolingual capacity.
■ Experience with COLI (Corporate Owned Life Insurance) is a plus.
■ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
■ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
