- CRM IT Strategy & Business Analysis: Translate Japan’s Sales & Marketing needs into scalable, upgrade-ready CRM solutions through expert process mapping and backlog management.

- System Integration: Design and troubleshoot seamless API and middleware connections between CRM, ERP, CPQ, and marketing platforms.

- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the vital bridge connecting global IT architects, local business units, and external vendors.

- Testing & Automation: Champion test automation and execute robust test strategies to minimize manual effort and eliminate release risks.

- IT Operations: Drive SLA compliance, oversee daily system monitoring, and maintain critical architecture documentation.

- Data Compliance: Safeguard customer data by ensuring strict adherence to global corporate governance and Japan-specific data regulations.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- Fluent in both Japanese (N2 or above) and English.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting enterprise CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Solid technical foundation in API-based integrations, middleware, and hybrid-cloud architecture, coupled with strong cross-platform troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated experience in IT operations, delivering application support and ensuring system stability for enterprise environments.
