＜About the company＞

＜Role & Responsibilities＞
You will be instrumental in managing the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) partners in Japan, ensuring that all fulfilment operations meet the brand’s high standards for operational efficiency and client experience.

＜Main tasks include＞
■ Oversee daily inbound, return, storage, order processing, and outbound logistics for all channels.
■ Support operational needs for new store openings, events, and pop-ups.
■ Lead performance reviews with 3PL partners to drive continuous improvement.
■ Serve as the key contact between internal departments and the 3PL provider.
■ Align with global and regional logistics teams on operational standards and reporting.
■ Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including order accuracy, lead time, and cost efficiency.
■ Manage non-conformities and drive corrective actions.
■ Coordinate and supervise periodic stock takes.


＜Wage＞
2000-2200 yen/hour

経験・スキル

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain operations (experience with
3PL providers preferred).
• Exposure to luxury fashion, premium retail, or e -commerce operations is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with both internal stakeholders and
external partners.
• Fluent or advanced level English skills
