Role & Responsibilities
As the Digital Transformation Lead, you will be instrumental in championing digital change across the Japan Pharma organization. You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Medical, and R&D functions to co-create and execute a comprehensive digital strategy, ensuring IT innovation aligns with commercial priorities and corporate directives. Your role will involve managing the local application portfolio, identifying new digital business models, and scouting industry trends to drive transformative value for the business and patients.

Main tasks include
Evangelize digital change and the Japan Pharma Organization's digital agenda.
Co-create Japan Pharma Commercial, Medical, and R&D digital strategy with respective business functions.
Coordinate Pharma Commercial, Medical, and R&D IT and business strategies for common goals.
Align Japan Pharma Commercial IT Strategies with corporate IT guidance.
Own the local application portfolio and ensure service delivery.
Identify value potential through new and innovative digital business models.
Translate new and changed business models into technology solutions.
Scout the industry for transformative trends and consult on their value for the business and patients.
Drive collaboration with external organizations for innovative thinking and emerging technologies.
Collaborate closely with Global and Local Platform teams to drive business value for Japan Pharma.
Convert Japan Pharma strategies into product-specific roadmaps and delivery plans.
Drive collaboration on IT topics with other divisions and functions.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

•Business level Japanese language skill (N2 or above), fluency in English
•Proven leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills to influence in a highly complex business environment.
•Minimum of 10-12 years of leadership experience in roles of increasing scope and responsibility, directly interacting with business executives and customers.
•Minimum of 5-7 years directing or performing implementation of customer- facing digital innovation and/or transformation with knowledge in Marketing & Sales subjects
•Translating strategy to tangible business value and measurable outcomes
•Experience of global leadership roles in large multi-national corporation(s) with Strong communication skills, analytical, structural and strategic skills
•Superior understanding of change management, with an ability to analyze and drive change across a wide range of stakeholders and in a dynamic environment
•Excellent inter-cultural understanding and experience
•Proven track record of working with external vendors
•Strong financial acumen, with ability to propose business recommendations for investments and decisions.
