■About the company
Our client is a rapidly expanding global company known for its innovative consumer goods, driven by a strong pipeline of new products. The Japan team plays a critical role in the company's aggressive growth strategy across the APAC region.

■Position overview
Reporting to the Sr. FP&A Manager, the FP&A Manager will assist Sr. FP&A Manager with tasks proactively and liaison with Finance team include a high- level summary of overall responsibilities.

■Main tasks include
・Manage daily FP&A operations in alignment with Finance and Accounting departments.
・Support business planning cycles and collaborate with local Finance teams.
・Oversee expense budgeting, forecasting, and actuals for Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and overhead functions.
・Partner to ensure timely and accurate reporting, including sales commentary, price/volume analysis, and OPEX tracking.
・Facilitate clear representation of business performance, risks, and opportunities.
・Prepare presentation materials for Japan and APAC management.
・Support ad hoc analytics and special projects.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・High School graduate or above.
・5-7 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain.
・Basic knowledge of Finance (BS, P&L, Cash Flow, Tax).
・Strong financial acumen and business understanding with attention to detail.
・Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
・High proficiency in both Japanese and English.
・Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
