■About the company
Our client is a rapidly expanding global company known for its innovative consumer goods, driven by a strong pipeline of new products. The Japan team plays a critical role in the company's aggressive growth strategy across the APAC region.

■Role & Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious accounting professional interested in international collaboration. You will manage the day-to-day accounting functions for the Japan entity, including cash flow, vendor payments, accounts receivable, and month-end close, while interacting frequently with APAC finance colleagues.

■Main tasks include
・Post daily cash movements and monitor cash flow, reporting to the HK treasury team.
・ Process all invoices and execute timely vendor wire transfers.
・Apply cash to outstanding accounts receivable and manage accrued customer rebates.
・Handle accounting for travel expenses and payroll reimbursements.
・ Support tax professionals with VAT and corporate tax filings.
・Act as a point of contact for internal/external auditors and tax authorities.
・Manage GL postings and oversee month-end/year-end closing procedures.
・Collaborate with the Sr. FP&A manager, providing necessary accounting information.

経験・スキル

■ Requirements
・Minimum 8 years of accounting experience within an English-speaking business environment.
・Fluency in both spoken and written English and Japanese.
・Knowledge of IFRS, JGAAP, and local tax regulations.
・Experience with internationally used ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) is advantageous.
・Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
