Lead critical IT infrastructure projects and operations for a world-renowned luxury retail group, ensuring seamless technology support across hundreds of locations.

■ About the company
Our client is a global luxury retail organization supporting multiple internationally recognized brands in Japan. The technology team partners closely with business leaders to deliver reliable, scalable, and modern IT solutions across offices and retail stores nationwide.

■ Role & Responsibilities
You will lead local infrastructure projects, coordinate global technology rollouts, and ensure the stability and performance of networks and systems supporting retail operations while also supporting regional and global infrastructure initiatives and managing local IT vendors.

■ Main tasks include
・Lead infrastructure and technical projects from planning through implementation and completion.

・Manage and coordinate local IT vendors, ensuring service quality and delivery standards.

・Support regional and global infrastructure initiatives such as network upgrades and technology migrations.

・Act as the local infrastructure subject matter expert, providing Level-2 technical support.

・Collaborate with global technology teams to continuously improve infrastructure stability.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■ Requirements
・Japanese: Fluent level and English: Business level (daily communication with international teams)

・5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure, including supporting and maintaining networks

・Proven experience in network/infrastructure management, preferably in the Retail Fashion industry.

・Interest in cybersecurity concepts and their implementation

・Good understanding of infrastructure architecture, network equipment and monitoring processes

・Project management experience
