＜Role & Responsibilities＞
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic financial guidance and support to key business stakeholders, driving financial performance, optimizing resource allocation, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.

＜Main tasks include＞
■ Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
■ Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
■ Partner with business units to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency.
■ Monitor key financial performance indicators and report on variances.
■ Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
■ Support the development of long-term financial strategies.

経験・スキル

■ REQUIREMENTS
・Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a commercial role within the fast moving consumer goods industry

■ KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
1. In depth understanding of marketing mechanics, the expected outcome and the related financial impact
2. Highly analytical, financially literate and commercially savvy
3. Ability to quickly identify and analyze risks & impacts and able to define alternatives
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Capable of communicating precisely
and effectively with internal stakeholders up to Director level
5. Ability to influence others and hold people to set recommendations, guidelines or processes
6. A structured and well organized individual
7. Must be self-motivated, self-directed and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced team environment
