A Global with a strong business in Japan is looking to hire a Team Manager for a Technical Support team. - Full Remote!

The company is building a new team internally as they move away from a vendor supplier.

In this role you will let a team of 4~5 members providing L1 Technical support for external customers.

L2/L3 problems are escalated to Global teams.

You will report to a Global Head based in Europe.

This role requires bother N1 or Native level Japanese & business level English.

Experience as a team lead or manager is also required.

経験・スキル

Technical Competencies
· Strong troubleshooting background (systems, networks, applications).
· Proficiency in CRM/case management and telephony platforms

Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent technical or operational experience.
· 2–4 years’ experience in technical support or contact center operations.
· Experience as a senior agent, SME, or acting team lead preferred.

Business Japanese (N1 or Native) & Business level English
