As our group expands, we are looking for a highly motivated legal professional to join our team during an exciting launch phase.
The Role
As a member of our Group Legal Department, you will be a driving force behind our dynamic growth. You will manage legal compliance and functions for the entire group, including newly acquired companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Affairs: Reviewing contracts, providing legal consultation, creating templates, and managing dispute resolution.


Strategic Support: Providing legal support for management decision-making and handling M&A or venture investment projects (including DD and contract creation).


Compliance & Governance: Designing systems for legal compliance, researching legal trends, and supporting general shareholders' meetings.


Team Leadership: Building the internal legal structure and training team members.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in corporate law or as a lawyer.


Preferred Qualifications:
Attorney qualification (Law firm or In-house).


Business-level English skills.


Previous team management experience.


Benefits & Compensation
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.


Work Location: Hongo, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo.


Vacation: 2 days off per week, New Year's holidays, and generous paid leave (up to 20 days/year).
