Randstad, partnered with a prominent French international banking group, is seeking a high-caliber Business Analyst to join the Tokyo team during a critical period of growth and transformation. This is not a project management role; rather, it is a deeply functional position requiring a mix of technical curiosity, business acumen, and linguistic precision.
You will act as the vital bridge between our global strategy (HO/Singapore), local business users (Sales/Traders), and external Japanese vendors. Your goal is to map the present, prepare for the future, and prove the indispensable value of local BA expertise in the Tokyo market.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・Language: Native or Business Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 equivalent) and Professional English. You must be comfortable negotiating with local vendors and presenting to regional hubs.
・Financial Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of financial products and flows (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, etc.). You need to "speak the language" of the trading floor.
・Analytical Documentation: Mastery of process mapping, data flow diagrams, and functional requirement documents (FRD).
・Technical Literacy: Ability to understand software lifecycles and application architectures to effectively manage vendor-led upgrades.
・Strategic Mindset: While the role is execution-heavy, you must be able to see the "big picture" of a 3-year roadmap.
