■Role Overview
This position leads the corporate infrastructure domain, including ID management, M365, and security. It involves driving standardization and automation to build a foundation for employee experience directly linked to safety and productivity. Participation in future IT strategy formulation is also expected.

■Main tasks include:
・Design and operate ID/auth platforms (AD, SSO)
・Build M365 and Teams collaboration bases
・Drive lifecycle and license optimization
・Strengthen zero-trust security foundations
・Manage operations via SLAs and KPIs
・Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Mandatory:
・5+ years in IT infrastructure strategy and ops
・Experience in ID management and M365 environments
・Business-level English or higher (written/verbal)
・Vendor management and negotiation skills

■Preferred:
・Experience in large-scale retail IT systems
・Deep knowledge of zero-trust security models
・Project management certification (PMP, etc.)
・Experience with global project coordination
