Retail & Tech Synergy: Deep expertise in retail store operations combined with a proven track record of managing store-facing technology systems (POS, Inventory Management, Mobile apps).

Global Collaboration: Demonstrated experience thriving in a matrixed, multi-cultural environment, effectively bridging the gap between local markets and global headquarters.

Analytical Leadership: A master at "translation" you can take complex, abstract business needs and convert them into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories.

Advance Business level Japanese (N2+)
Business English (Able to read and write)
