■Role Overview
Senior Accountant will take on broader responsibilities in financial operations, including payments processing, general ledger management, tax compliance, and financial analysis.
A key priority for this role is inventory accounting, which involves conducting technical accounting evaluations and collaborating with relevant departments to design and implement optimal operational workflows.

■Main tasks include:
・Execute monthly and yearly closing
・Ensure US GAAP & J-GAAP compliance
・Lead internal and external audits
・Oversee corporate tax & VAT filing
・Enhance financial internal controls
・Drive accounting process automation

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
・5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in inventory accounting or cost accounting in logistics, retail, or manufacturing.
・Strong knowledge of Japanese GAAP and inventory-related accounting practices.
・Familiarity with ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory tracking tools.
・Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
・Business-level in both Japanese and English
