The Role: A Strategic Business Partner
This isn't just a "box-ticking" exercise. As a Compliance Specialist, you will act as a true business partner to the Japan commercial team. Your mission is to foster a "Compliance Culture" that balances business growth with integrity.

The Ideal Profile
We are looking for a motivated professional who is ready to take the next step. Whether you are currently in-house or a consultant with a strong healthcare client portfolio, this role offers the platform to become a subject matter expert.
Experience: Approximately 2–6 years of professional experience. At least 2 years in the healthcare industry (or consulting for healthcare clients) is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Audit, or a related field.
Skills: Native-level Japanese and business-level English are essential for navigating both local regulations and global reporting lines.
Knowledge: Familiarity with JFTC rules and industry compliance codes is a significant plus.
Attributes: High integrity, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders and solve problems independently.
