About the company:

Role & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for strengthening various digital marketing platforms to address essential issues for clients and business product teams. With a strong technical background and a keen business perspective, you will work with development teams to maximize platform value. This role involves driving platform and product collaboration across multiple countries, organizations, and functions, accelerating advertising business by leveraging internal and external assets.

Main tasks include:
- Define the product vision, mission, strategy, and roadmap, and lead its execution.
- Analyze and identify key business issues for customers and sales/product teams, and implement solutions within the platform.
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external technical teams to develop platforms that meet business requirements, goals, and KPIs.
- Work closely with diverse business stakeholders to identify functional requirements for marketing platforms.
- Investigate cutting-edge ad technology, industry trends, and the dynamic business environment.
- Partner with program and delivery managers on prioritization and planning for solution development, including backlog management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, cross-organizational, and cross-border teams to integrate internal and external systems, platforms, and services.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- 3+ years of experience in developing, planning, or defining system requirements for digital advertising systems, with direct communication with clients or business stakeholders.
- Experience in web or app application development, including programming and system design.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience leading multiple products as a product manager.
- Proactive self-starter with a self-motivated mindset and a strong get-things-done attitude.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
- 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, including system development or product planning/sales.
- Experience in digital advertising operations or product planning.
- Pre-sales experience (regardless of digital advertising).
- Experience as an IT consultant.
