Role & Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager at this agency, you will be instrumental in guiding marketing content creation projects from their initial brief through to final delivery. You will work closely with various internal teams and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently, meeting quality, budget, and timeline objectives.

Main tasks include:
- Own content production projects from brief intake to final delivery.
- Develop and maintain clear project briefs and Statements of Work.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Account, Creative, Strategy, and Production.
- Define deliverables, budget, and schedule in partnership with producers.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, brand, and channel specifications.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate inputs and tasks across internal teams.
- Maintain project schedules and provide clear status reporting.
- Drive operational improvements and document processes for scalability.
- Manage client expectations regarding scope, timing, and approvals.
- Understand basic website delivery steps for governance and escalation.
- Define resource requirements and escalate gaps.
- Maintain project documentation and governance.

経験・スキル

- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in marketing content or creative production.
- Fluent Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
- Experience working with international teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with digital workflow tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent financial and commercial acumen.
- Experience in website delivery process understanding for governance and escalation.
- Solutions-oriented and resourceful with a collaborative personality.
