About the Role
As a Business System Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities. You will work closely with users and the project team to gather requirements, design robust data solutions, and guide the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities
・Collaborate with users and the project team on requirements and expectations.
・Analyze business requirements and create data solutions that meet functional and non-functional needs.
・Analyze existing systems to trace original source data based on business requirements.
・Work with the Application Development team to implement data strategies and build data flows.
・Guide System Analysts, Engineers, Programmers, and others on project limitations, capabilities, performance, and interfaces.
・Discover metadata of source databases, including value patterns, key candidates, and functional dependencies.
・Design logical and physical data models.
・Create design documents, including Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).

Prepare test cases, test data, and capture test evidence.

経験・スキル

Required Qualifications
・Experience: 6–10 years in system development or a business system analyst role.
・Skills: Strong data/system analytics, good knowledge of Oracle, MS-SQL Server, MongoDB, Linux, and networking. Exposure to platforms like Hive, HBase, Zeppelin, and Spark is required.
・Language: Japanese: Advanced. English: Intermediate is preferred.
・Personality: Detailed, precise, able to drive design alone, patient, and able to transform non-technical specifications into IT requirements.
