【Role Summary】
This role supports financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for assigned business units. The Financial Analyst will contribute to forecasting, performance analysis, and business partnering, helping identify risks and opportunities while supporting both short- and long-term financial objectives. The position offers exposure to cross-functional stakeholders and plays a key role in driving informed business decisions through financial insights.

【Key Responsibilities】
・Support monthly forecasting, reporting, and closing activities
・Act as a finance business partner to assigned division(s)
・Analyze monthly financial performance, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, profit reconciliation, and working capital metrics
・Identify key variance drivers through collaboration with local operations
・Prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) materials, translating data into actionable insights
・Coordinate sales forecasting for assigned division(s)
・Support preparation and tracking of monthly and quarterly capital expenditure reports across divisions and functions
・Analyze operational expenses versus prior year, budget, and forecast, highlighting risks and opportunities and supporting mitigation actions
・Provide analytical support for annual business planning and budgeting
・Communicate key financial trends, risks, and events to senior management and finance leadership

・3–5 years of experience in finance and/or accounting
・Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
・Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent)
・Bachelor’s degree
