■Role & Responsibilities
As a Medical Scientist, you will be the scientific expert, providing crucial medical and scientific guidance to key stakeholders in Japan's oncology field. You will build and maintain strong relationships with leading KOLs, contributing directly to improving patient care. You’ll be at the forefront of medical education initiatives and strategic data generation, working collaboratively with global and regional medical affairs teams to deliver impactful results.

■Main tasks include
・Establish and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in Oncology.
・Develop and implement strategic medical plans in alignment with global objectives.
・Lead medical education programs and other key scientific initiatives.
・Present scientific findings at conferences and meetings.
・Manage and execute projects to completion, proactively identifying and resolving challenges.
・Ensure all activities comply with company guidelines and industry regulations.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD) preferred.
・Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
・Demonstrated experience in medical affairs or a related field within Oncology is strongly preferred.
・Strong communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
・Experience working collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
・Project management experience and strong problem-solving abilities.
