■About our Client
A renowned international hotel chain opening a new 220-room property in Sapporo. Known for global excellence, they are establishing a vibrant presence in Hokkaido-Sapporo city, combining international standards with local hospitality to offer a unique urban stay.

■Role Overview
As Finance Manager, you will lead the financial function from pre-opening setup through post-opening operations. Partnering with the GM and owners, you will ensure financial sustainability through strategic budgeting, forecasting, and team leadership as the site’s senior finance professional.

■Main tasks include:
・Establish financial policies and workflows
・Lead budgeting and cash flow management
・Support compliance and external audits
・Oversee GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
・Provide financial insights to GM and owners
・Recruit and develop the hotel finance team

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
[Minimum Requirements]
・Fluent Japanese and business-level English or higher
・Strong background in hotel finance management
・Deep understanding of P&L, BS, and cash flow
・Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting

[Preferred Requirements]
・Experience in hotel pre-opening phases
・Senior leadership experience on-property
・Knowledge of PMS (Opera), POS, and ERP systems
・Familiarity with Japan’s tax and accounting laws
